As a part of Kohler Co. we are all encouraged to take ownership for our own personal development. We provide the tools and the training to bring development plans to life and we encourage those who want to, to progress their careers forward and take on bigger opportunities.
Training at KUP comes in all different shapes and sizes from on-site programmes to factory based training, from online courses to residential off-site courses and from one to one coaching to college and university studies.

The 5% Club
Kohler Uninterruptible Power (KUP) is a chartered member of The 5% Club, a network of dynamic employers committed to creating earn and learn positions as part of building and developing the workforce they need as part of a socially mobile, prosperous and cohesive nation.
Comprising over 700 organisations across the UK, 5% Club members aspire to achieve 5% of their workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes) within five years of joining.
Whilst the same recognition scheme does not exist in Ireland, KUP’s philosophy for its operations follows the same commitment to developing its people with learn and earn opportunities where possible.
